darkenedspirit (Midgard_OBM) Excellent release. An album extremely violent in the whole with all the same some ambient parts and a great atmosphere. This album reissue is nice, better artwork than the previous press. At least, Fog is a killer, awesome riffs that slice, well melodic, he knows perfectly grant his personal touch for bring an awesome and captivating ambience to his albums, all differents. We recognize Inferno Requiem between thousand, a one man band with strong personnality.

crazyhelltw Nüwa is a notable piece. It remains the aggression in "Gloomy Night Stories" and discloses a cold atmosphere with a sense of science fiction. The ancient Chinese mythology was re-interpreted by another distinctive extraterrestrial perspective. An epic accounting for the conspiracy planned by the intelligent life from outer space thousands years ago begins with Fog's roaring. Favorite track: 10 Red Planet.

All tracks on “Nüwa” were recorded in mid 2017 except 'Sanguineous Obscurity' was an unreleased track on this album, re-edited then remixed in 2020 as a special bonus in this version.
The theme of Nüwa takes place of a legendary myth to the utterly forgotten tale in ancient human history. While considered "unholy," "unorthodox" by some; it is bold to hypothesize alternative thoughts compared to the so-called "common history" we read and brain-washed today. Sci-fi elements are rendered as always within the contents, with tone of forewarning prophecy. The album is pure primitive black metal re-representing in the pattern of freezing atmosphere, which true black metal once was.
